We all know people who – ourselves, family, friends, coworkers, public figures, etc. – who are abysmal verbal communicators. Unfortunately, that makes them undesirable to speak with. Where do we start if we want to improve our verbal communication skills? How does worldview fit into the equation? What happens when we dedicate ourselves to improvement in this area?
