So many Christians have experienced a situation when they have not seen an important prayer answered. These scenarios often lead to bitterness and accusations against God. The Lord has never and will never wrong us, and He is not guilty of anything, but we can experience unforgiveness towards Him. Powerful emotions do not negate the eternal and holy goodness of God. If every single thing in my life goes wrong but I am on the right side of the cross my gratitude should be eternal. It is time to go beyond the betrayal barrier, to give everything into the hands of God, and to grow even more solidified in our relationships with Christ. He is on the throne!

Though the fig tree may not blossom,
Nor fruit be on the vines;
Though the labor of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food;
Though the flock may be cut off from the fold,
And there be no herd in the stalls—
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation.

The Lord God is my strength;
He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills.

Habakkuk 3:17-19
